She has achieved the CPM designation with the Institute of Real Estate Management, the CAM designation with the National Apartment Association and has a BA in Business from Queens College. She is a licensed broker with the North & South Carolina Real Estate Commissions. Ronda often teaches classes for various apartment associations and property management firms.
