PROs has the expertise to provide consulting for our clients on many different subjects.
- Feasibility Studies:
- PROs will do area and demographic research to advise clients on new development locations, price and product types.
- Trouble shooting:
- PROs can resolve your occupancy issues. It may not always be obvious why a property is suffering from low occupancy. Often it takes an outsider with knowledge of our industry to properly identify the problem and offer viable solutions. PROs will evaluate a situation and offer recommendations on a timely basis to get your property back on track.
- Training:
- PROs not only provides training in our training center, we are also able to provide assistance on-site for our clients on an individual as needed basis.
- Acquisitions and Due Diligence:
- PROs consultants are able to offer assistance and handle takeovers from either side. Clients often call us when the situation requires discretion and finesse. We are also able to provide temporary staffing or fee management on a temporary basis until a staff is hired or a property management company is brought in.
- Marketing reports:
- PROs can provide up to date property specific market reports on properties so that our owner clients have what they need to make decisions regarding budgets, pricing, concessions, and changing market trends.
